How to Make a Foley Video for Instagram

Today's an oldie but goodie I'm revisiting a video I made over two years ago on Foley. We hop in and make a Foley video for my friends over at Lawrence & Larimer using my fav APP Koala and a few pieces of camera equipment I think every videographer should grab.
