I initially thought this book was a gimmick and avoided it because I’m not a fan of authors or public speakers who use curse words as marketing buzzwords. While I joke about it, it has become a common trend. However, I was surprised to find that the book delivers a hard-hitting reality check. It emphasizes, with clear examples, the delusion that there’s a one-size-fits-all solution to our problems and that the relentless pursuit of happiness and positivity often leads to dissatisfaction. I’ve always believed in embracing life’s struggles, and this book echoed that sentiment in a refreshingly honest, no-nonsense way.
